When you go through domestic abuse, somethings get taken from you, things outside of your control.

Me for instance, it was my home.

You struggle to see light at that end of the tunnel, you wonder if you will be able to get any of that back in life due to the state you are left in.

But I’ve come to realise that no one will take that away from me anymore, I will not allow it.

We are amazing, we struggled and got through some hard times (and still going through some!). If you want it in life, get it. Limiting beliefs stop me but now on, I won’t allow it.

We can live our life the way we want, take time, make a plan and go with it. It’ll come in time.
