Another book recommendation! I will keep up with this.

I read this book in December after seeing it recommended on Twitter. Anything abuse related I’ll add to my list to read.

I was extremely surprised on how the book was laid out. I had never read one similar before!

Basically it’s about her being in therapy and each chapter is her next session. You actually watch her life unfold in therapy and how she learns. I wish I had her therapist she seemed amazing!
