I’m lucky enough to know Shikesh. We follow eachother on Twitter and I’ve learnt so much from him, I had to download his book!

I read this book extremely quickly, I couldn’t put it down.

When it comes to abuse in men, I like to educate myself a lot. I’m all for abuse happens in all genders.

Shikesh’s story on family abuse really educated me and opened my eyes. He’s been so brave and I’m proud to know him!
