New year, new beginnings, sharing is caring. Let’s go!

I now have nearly 1,300 followers on Instagram, which is great considering I’ve only had the account 6 months. I use my account to raise awareness on domestic abuse.

I decided I want to go live, to interact with my followers. My first live is with the wonderful Caron Kipping!

Caron is a survivor of domestic abuse and is an IDVA (domestic abuse specialist) and trainer for The Dash Charity domestic abuse charity in East Berkshire. Caron is also author of ‘Recognition to Recovery- How to leave your abusive ex behind for good!’ and has her own business as a Divorce Coach specialising in supporting anyone separating from abusive and controlling partners. We will be talking about Caron’s experiences and she will be sharing some tips on recovering from domestic abuse and insight into how divorce coaching can help.
