Before I started my domestic abuse career and reading up all about it, I started reading Mrs Hinch.

I love cleaning. When I lived in my property it was my favourite thing. Making my home smell nice, making it clean, having all the cleaning products – it was my favourite shop!

Well I started reading up on Mrs Hinch after a friend suggested her. She’s from Essex, an area very close to me!

Not only does it have cleaning tips but her books (she has a couple) shares her story and her struggles on anxiety. At this stage I couldn’t even leave the front door so it really meant a lot to me.

I was able to find comfort in Mrs Hinch and that’s where my love of reading came from.
