I first started talking to Caron through The Dash Charity. When I came across her social media instantly brought her book. Whenever I come across anyone in the field or who has experienced abuse and has a book, it goes on my list!

Once I finished reading this book I was so impressed. Caron is an amazing lady but for someone to come up with putting everything you need to know in one place, it’s brilliant.

I always say to this day, I really wish I had this book when I was going through leaving my abusive ex. I knew half the stuff that I could do!

Caron is a divorce coach, author and is involved in The Dash Charity.
