Refuge charity did so much for me without even realising.

They were a life line for me. 24/7 I could pick up the phone and just talk. They got me in touch with a support worker and if it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t be where I am.

So I do a lot for them. I donate quite a bit. But I also share their posts.

Christmas is a time of year that people get merry. It’s supposed to be happy. Not always is it though.

Christmas doesn’t cause domestic abuse, abusers do.
