
I think Day 9 of Action for happiness is really important.
Everyone’s hard on theirselves at times, I know I am. But why are we?
When I was going through domestic abuse, well post separation – the stress I was under was awful. I was always so hard on myself. Why did I get in that relationship? What is wrong with me? Why do i deserve this?
Then over the years I realised it wasn’t my fault. I wasn’t the one to be blamed.
